Mark, our experienced Sales Manager, handles your purchasing and is always ready to step in and assist with production when needed! With his background as a department head at Harrods in London and several years as an entrepreneur, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. A true team player who is always in a great mood, Mark brings people together and helps them grow. In his free time, Mark volunteers for organizations and creates podcasts about Finland and Finnish football.

Krista joined us three years ago, after strong competition from her family’s own transport company. We are so glad she chose Aarja — when it comes to work capacity and structure, it's hard to find anyone better! She is 100% dedicated and coordinates production, procurement, and finance, setting the right and strict requirements for all our suppliers, covering everything from sustainability to purity and origin.

Sami, also known as "Samppa," makes sure that the factory runs smoothly and that all procedures are followed. His calm personality ensures that nothing ever gets out of control! In his free time, he plays competitive volleyball for the local team in Seinäjoki.

Raimo is trained in Organic Chemistry from the University of Jyväskylä. With 15 years in the industry, he is the heart of our product development. Developing supplements that make a difference is his mantra! In his free time, you'll find him in the Finnish forests with his camera or foraging for the best berries in the world!

Elisabeth is our Brand Manager and Designer — the heart behind our creative magic. She transforms ideas into beautiful realities and shapes your product designs with an eye for the future and a feel for new trends.

Christina is our dedicated Production Coordinator with a background in International Business. She manages materials and orders in the system while overseeing purchasing and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination with both local and international partners. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and proud cat mom.

Karuna is our trusted and skilled Quality Controller, making sure that every product meets the highest standards through careful and thorough testing. She also ensures that all ingredients are of top quality. With her warm personality and approachable nature, Karuna brings a sense of trust and positivity to everyone around her.

Mira is dedicated to making sure every corner of the factory maintains a strict high level of hygiene to ensure the consistent pure production. She is also proud to engage in the packaging of products, quickly and precisely.

Marica excels at ensuring our products are packaged with care and precision, bringing a strong sense of responsibility to every task. Her organized and methodical approach makes her an invaluable member of the team. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, solving puzzles, and participating in dog sports such as rally obedience and lure coursing.

Simo is our experienced Technical Operator, specializing in the maintenance, assembly, and operation of production machinery. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and positive attitude ensure that production runs efficiently and reliably. Outside of work, he pursues his passion for automotive and motorcycle mechanics.
